Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to applications for the Tabby Weaving Studio Residency. By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Application Requirements

Applicants must submit all required information and materials by the published deadline. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

2. Application Fee

Any application fee is intended to cover the cost of processing and reviewing applications. Application fees are nonrefundable, including in cases where an applicant is not selected, unless otherwise stated by Tabby Weaving Studio or required by law.

3. Selection Process

Applications are reviewed by Tabby Weaving Studio. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Residency decisions are made at the discretion of the studio, and applicants will be notified according to the published timeline.

4. Residency Dates and Participation

Applicants are responsible for reviewing the residency dates, program details, and participation requirements before applying. Selected applicants will receive additional information regarding scheduling, expectations, and any requirements for participation.

5. Changes or Cancellation

Tabby Weaving Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the residency schedule, program details, or application process. If the residency is canceled, applicants will be notified and any applicable refunds will be handled in accordance with the studio’s stated policy and applicable law.

6. Artwork and Submitted Materials

Applicants retain ownership of their submitted artwork, portfolio images, and other creative materials. By applying, applicants grant Tabby Weaving Studio permission to use submitted materials for the purpose of reviewing and administering the application.

Any use of applicant artwork, photographs, or other materials for promotional or public purposes will require separate permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Applicant Information

Personal information submitted through the application will be handled in accordance with the Tabby Weaving Studio Privacy Policy.

8. Agreement

By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable residency requirements.
